Terms of Service
Satisfaction is guaranteed. If you're not completely satisfied with any part of your service we can return to your home to re-clean any areas with in 24 hours or we will apply a credit toward your next service. There is a 24 hour warranty period from the day of completion of the service. We can not guarantee any areas with excessive build up.
We accept the following payment methods: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, cash, checks and are due app-on completion of service.
If you wish to be present during the cleaning process, please be advised that we have a 30 minute arrival window as many different things can affect our schedule. If we are running unusually late we will send a notification to you.
Late Constellations - Any appointment canceled less than 24 hours prior to the schedule appointment will be subjected to a $25 cancellation fee.
Fee for Non-Access to premises - if the customer doesn’t provide access to the premises for our team members to provide the services, the customer agrees to pay a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total cost for administrative and travel fees.
